The product was not working. You sent me the faulty freezer and i call to your company and was not helping me to solve the problem. I eaither want refund or replace the product. I send photos by email to your company but no reply. Please can you help to sort it out? 🙏eventually the company replace the new one today. Good customer service 👍

Purchased a display fridge 11 months ago, was all working fine until after 8 months the refrigeration fan went extremely loud contacted the company as was under parts warranty. Unfortunately to cover parts warranty you need to pay an engineer to come out and diagnose the problem with the Fridge and sent confirmation what it is before they will replace the part. The cost of this would be more than the fridge is worth.
Fan seems very cheaply made as expected as was a good price but only lasting 8 months is not good enough.
Have requested if they could just send a fan out and would happily replace myself but no reply on that one and the only place I can find a replacement fan is in Hong Kong.

Great Company , great service
After searching and reading reviews , I went and ordered a bottle cooler from Empire Supplies. The whole experience from start to finish was worthy of the 5 stars. Cooler ordered, then delivered next day. Item well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Special mention to the driver Steve, and especially to Lou Thomas who was more than helpful when I made an enquiry before and after my purchase. Well done Empire Supplies will definitely be using them again

Needed a new bulb for the beer fridge we bought from Empire a few years ago. Prompt response and quickly identified which bulb was required, price etc. Shipped next day and just fitted into my fridge and it's perfect. Great service!!

There was a two-day delay, and I expected a phone call before arrival, but it seems they don't care. The office suggested that I come to collect my item because no driver is available.
