Great well designed equipment but totally let down by rude staff. I bought one of their R1 chippers 2 years ago. The main shaft bearings failed after pretty low use. I called to discuss this and was not even pushing for free parts just explaining what had happened. The staff member point blank refused to believe the usage that the machine had had. He was rude aggressive and accused me of lying and hung up on me.
I called back and bought the replacement part from another colleague. I explained to him about the first guys rudeness and he wasn’t in the slightest bit interested.
I still believe it’s good kit but the service is awful.

Fantastic service called after 5pm had the part before 1pm next day . The gentleman on the phone told me how to get machine working temporarily . Cannot fault the service at all .
