I want to thoroughly recommend the Chocolate Cellar in the Wirral UK .My sister and I experienced amazing service from Bala and her staff. I wrote to her from BC Canada asking if she would be willing to make a gift for my brother who was turning 80. and who lives in the Wirral. He has a passion for chocolates! Bala designed and made a gift of 80 assorted chocolates displayed on a slab of chocolate and the number 80 also made of chocolate. Bala delivered this unique gift on the day much to the surprise and delight of my brother. I have never met Bala or visited Oher shop but I feel we developed a warm friendship throughout the whole process. The Chocolate Cellar is tucked into a small town of the Wirral and is a shop not to miss if you are looking for unique hand made beautiful chocolates and truffles. If you are reading this review from another country do not hesitate to contact Bala. Sending quality chocolates from abroad is very costly postage wise . This is an option for those who want a perfect hassle free gift of chocolate for Christmas.This was a unique gift but there are many gifts in the lowest cost range. We asked Bala at the Chocolate Cellar to run a children’s workshop for our daughters 9th birthday. Bala and Poppy were very attentive and kept everyone busy creating some wonderful chocolate creations. The feedback from the children and their parents has been super positive. If you are looking for something a little different to celebrate a child’s birthday and allow them to great creative I’d highly recommend Bala’s Chocolate Workshop.

Thank you so much for all our wonderful chocolate treats this Easter. The collection of salted caramel chocolate eggs are incredible a new favourite of the whole family. The quality and texture of both the chocolate and caramel filling are wonderfully smooth and creamy, with a centre of salted gooey caramel they are devine. Have a great Easter x

I went to pick up an order of two truffle gift boxes. They have the full variety of the wonderful flavours Bala and the team offer. Even though I know this time of year is crazy busy for them, they had smiles and time for a quick chat. They always do.
