Katy has been a breath of fresh air. Starting out a new business is no easy feat. She came into the shop when we were barely ready and gave us care and support. She plugged us in to a network where if a fridge was broken or anything else, she knew exactly who we needed to speak to. And everyone we were in touch with also spoke very highly of her. Her methods are strict but precise. Health and safety came in and had zero complaints. They asked about her and knew that she had taught us everything, so they couldn't nit pick, we had our 5* immediately. Thank you so so much, having the likes ot Katy has added value to our business. And do follow her methods, else she will bash for face in.
