It's not the biggest branch of Bookers (Eastbourne brach is definitely larger), but it is very well stocked and I can always find what I need. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful, happy to help spotting special offers and any items difficult to reach. I do recommend!

Took a trip to Bookers Hastings with my sister, she is in the catering industry and has to make frequent visits.
Overall I was very impressed with how well organised and well laid out it is.
The staff are friendly, helpful and extremely polite, nothing is too much trouble and if you are if you unsure about where to find things they will happily take you to the correct location.
It is not the most exciting place to visit, however, it serves its purpose and does that extremely well.
So much produce available for most business purposes, it is also astonishing at how reasonable the prices are, I guess this is how businesses who buy here are able to make a profit.
*UPDATE*
Visited again today 18/11/23 and it's still so we'll organised and efficiently run, staff are very helpful at pointing you in the right direction.
Overall a stress free experience and I can definitely recommend Booker Hastings.

For the first time put supplier didn’t have oat milk so I had to use bookers.
Staff was extremely u helpful and rude!
I didn’t have a barcode but our company had a registered account that one of the the staff members found on the system.
I guess I’ve been judged by the way I look because I have been asked to leave the store whilst making a phone call!!!

Manager asked why i was not wearing a mask. I told him i was exempt. He asked for my 'exemption card'. I told him there was no such thing in law and advised him to read the regulations. He then said go away as he walked away.
If he had stayed i would have told him that my gp will not issue exemption letters as they are not required by law. A very rude man with no manners towards customers. Disgraceful attitude.
