It is good here, but if you get the bitong they include the bag in the weight you pay for. I just realised I was charged 66 pence for the bag. (13 grams and £5.10 per 100g)

The Biltong was lovely. Only thing is drove down in the hope could do a bespoke Biltong order but they are only doing prepackaged items. So could have ordered online. Would have been good if website stated this. Will buy again soon.

Tried to order a gift for UK delivery. 100% entered my correct billing details. Triple checked the accuracy. Payment taken twice. Order never processed - excuse "billing details don't match" (yes they do)
"your bank processed the payment in error and our system rejected it. Nothing we can do."
This is their system issue and they won't take responsibility. Terrible first time experience and will never risk using them again. They weren't even interested in the actual order which was for family we couldn't be with over Christmas because of the pandemic. They obviously have enough business and just don't care.

In response to Susmans response... The address provided was correct as I provided to them. It matches my account. I sent proof and this is the only website whereby this issue has occured so would be a biltong.co.uk system issue. The money has in fact left my account - TWICE and has not been refunded at this stage. And yes I am angry at the fact that my money was taken from my account twice and the customer service person did not try and rectify it by looking into what system issue they have instead of blaming the customer, leaving me out of pocket and without the order for Christmas. Sometimes the customer isn't right but sometimes the merchant gets it wrong.

The order was efficient and all products were delivered quickly. However, the medium/little fat/ biltong chunks I ordered were far TOO SALTY. My family also found the biltong too salty to eat. I am really disappointed as I have spent £75 on my order (I am yet to try the other biltong and droe wors) so this review is only relating to the biltong chunks.

Update: Susmans responded very quickly when I wasn't happy with the original order, and they also sent a replacement quickly. Thank you. The replacement was better and the customer service is excellent.
