Good value meat and some bull cleaning items. Some things are cheaper but some are the same price or more than Tesco Clubcard prices or lidl prices

Very disorganized service. They stopped my delivery without notice and changed it to collection only. When I called, they promised someone would contact me in 10 minutes – I waited 4 hours and had to call back. Then, they said someone call me later! when I asked when is later, she said Monday next week. For me, 'later' means a few hours, not 4 days – especially when it's already Thursday. They could have at least informed me earlier so I could make other arrangements. Really frustrating experience.

Chris and Richard are the best employees bookers could ever ask for they are aways so helpful and cheery with a welcoming smile on their face 😀 thank you for making my days when I go in there .I just wish you stock piled the polish I use. However it does mean I get to see them more.

Good products, when they are in stock, a lot of items tend not to be in stock for delivery, but when you go into the warehouse, the items which they said were out of stock are plentiful in the warehouse. They only email you the morning of the delivery to state which items wont be coming in the delivery. I think they need to stop running this place like a supermarket and instead, more like a wholesaler.
