Love this shop. Everything is of high quality and works great. I keep refilling my 5L laundry liquid and conditioner pump bottles here. Oh, and do try their locally roasted coffee beans, those are absolutely wonderful!

Lovely shop and lovely products, I use the hand wash, laundry liquid, laundry conditioner, bath wash, surface cleanser and washing up liquid - they are all great!
The glass containers that you buy first of all are very attractive and so you want to put them on display!
The shop also has amazing gifts, which are just a bit different

Unbelievable results on my husbands white shirt that was accidentally left damp. I found it covered in mould and red wine stains,,,used a natural bleach I bought from refill mill ongar, and its like a brand new shirt! I'm gobsmacked,,soo impressed and super happy!
