Really excellent experience with letting out a property through Wards in November 24. Property was vacant for less than two weeks with marketing, checks and work to the property all arranged promptly. Their systems are excellent with everything being signed/approved online and the team managing this ensured I was kept updated with progress. We were recently considering relocating to Herne Bay, from contacting Wards we were really impressed with the service we received. For us the stand out star was Adam, his approach, handling and knowledge really put us at ease. We have tried contacting other agents and the ones we spoke with don’t come close to Wards.
