3Food4U is Incredible, I've recently starting coming along to their Essex venues as an employee of a dog welfare charity, offering free help and advice, and have been seeing first hand how life changing this service can be. The no referral idea is just fantastic, and means SO many more people can be helped! It's such a friendly, chatty, open environment, very unlike a lot of other food banks I have been attending. Volunteers and staff are so kind and helpful, and it's just brilliant to see how many hundreds of people they are helping on a daily/weekly basis, very impressed, and will happily continue to work alongside such fabulous people!

OK but one helper was a bit rude she wouldn't let me have the cereal bar so in the end I had it any way but felt disrespected by certain members , in future there needs to be a bit more better attitude and more kindness
