Have been making homemade bread for the past 3 years. Of all the different miller's flours i have used, Nelstrops is head and shoulders above the rest. I buy Strong White and Multiflake and use 50/50, and it makes great bread.

place needs a demolishing have wagons sat outside for hours waiting to sample but gets to about 1330 and magically they can sample wagons VERY fast because the lab staff go home at 1400 . why not do that in the first place

Nelstrop’s flour is outstanding. Their multiseed and flake is so good that everybody in the house looks forward to a loaf of it, even though I’ve been making one everyday for most of this year. I have been debating whether to reveal this information publicly lest I am unable to purchase more when this batch runs out. Anyway, the flour and their customer service is delightful. Their white flour makes fabulous pizza, and cinnamon swirl bread and anything else, but the multiseed sets the standard.

I live near Leeds & find it difficult to find, but found a wholesalers in Guiseley who haveNelstrops bread flour there. Thy are selling It in 1.5kgs in polythene bags. Tried it in with trepidation in my Panasonic bread maker, It turned out to be the best loaf it has made. I will keep looking to find retailers who stock it in this area. My wife was impressed with the fineness of milling.
