Good place to tip. Occasionally have to wait a bit when busy, but staff are really friendly and helpful and quick once they start tipping. Not a lot of forward space when getting on a bay so slowly does it.

Due to leave on the 19th of this month and ended up having my last week as paid off notice due to being screwed on a Saturday by poor routing and even worse management all to quick to pin everything on drivers and not certain office staff, they lie during interviews with no picking from pallets,have a set route and new trucks are inbound all from 2 years ago and still no new trucks also cages falling apart and are reserved for night shift so you will have a truck full of pallets and trucks in an even worse state half of them shouldn’t be on the road with engine faults and body damage, you are just a number with this place and you will get treated as such please please avoid this place if you want to keep an ounce of a family life it causes so much stress and anxiety you will end up taking it home with you, constantly stressing about if your on a route you know or if it’s gonna get messed about with after you have adjusted the route to be able to complete it, the place is beyond a joke I ended up on a final written warning for having a mental breakdown due to the issues stated above in march and promised monthly meetings to help my situation and that was in march and I was still waiting for them to happen. This company is in absolute shambles!
The worst tele-sales I have ever spoken too.
The degree of incompetence is above any threshold, thus even a 3 year old child can take an order via telephone, but no Sir, not them!

Would be nice if this company wouldn't block 3/4 of the car park to unload there delivery. Makes it very difficult for any customer to use our store.

Easy enough to find bays aren't to bad a bit tight but manageable but it took less time to drive from folkestone to Chepstow than it took them to unload 17 pallets absolute joke

Overall easy place to deliver to with artics, warehouse is pretty quick to unload and so is the lady at the counter to sort the paperwork out. Only down is reversing on bays; there is no space, and if you have a liveload unloading on the next bay on your right then it can be a bit complicated to back in, there are just a few meters from the front of the unit to the fence, good days can take 2 attempts bad days can take 5 or 6...
