Got my PPP today from Mella and I am so in love with the healthy beautiful plant. Well packed with heat patches and received quickly as promised. Mella is always very helpful and I am sure I will get more plants from her in the near future.

Bought from this seller via Ebay. She is a scammer. States free postage then fails to pay sufficient postage and you end up with a fee to pay. Refuses to then do the decent thing and refund the postage despite being told by Royal Mail that parcel was overweight for postage paid a fact that was not communicated to the buyer.
Then lies to Ebay that I had received 5kg extra product. No the parcel with packaging weighed 1kg over the postage weight of 10kg paid. Always would be overweight with packaging as I bought 10kg of moss.
BEWARE very clever way of gaining extra money say free postage don't put on enough postage then expect buyer to pay.
.... and she does like to lie have not been blocked by Ebay and the personal information that's your address which is all over the Internet published by you. Also address shown on photo so small you need a magnifying glass.
Not sure why mellasjungle says I'm abusive I would suggest it's because she feels guilty.
Needs to do a course on good customer service.

This is hilarious I have not been banned from Ebay. I have never been abusive just asked for the postage I was required to pay. Have reported seller and Ebay are hopefully going to refund me the postage costs. All this could have been resolved if the seller had done the decent thing (as my chat with Ebay this morning) said and been a good seller and refunded me.
As of today Ebay have refunded me the postage that you should have what a pity you are not a good at customer service .... and I have been thanked for being such a good member of Ebay.

Not only are the plants great, the moss is the best you can buy. Why would you buy from anywhere else when you can buy from Mella directly who supplies all the well known brands online?!

I grow jewel orchids and need a specific delicate living sphagnum moss for them. I switched to Mella’s jungle about a year ago and never looked back. Such good quality and Mella is always responsive when you have questions. Definitely worth checking out.

I am in search of the prettiest PPP available, that would not break the bank. Luckily, I came across Mella’s page in ebay, and that started it! She suggested I go to her page as it is cheaper (TRUE) and since she grew up in PH too, there was an instant connection. Mella responded to all my queries, and sent me the best PPP that she has (she told me to wait for new arrivals), and true enough- she did not disappoint!
