Many thanks to Roger and the removal crew who dealt with my move from Whitstable to Ipswich . My former neighbour used Hillway when they moved in and when I asked for an opinion of the company the response was that they could not speak highly enough of them .
I was impressed by the care that was taken with my belongings and the way doors and carpets were protected from were I was moving from as well as were I was going to.
The journey to my new home was a complete nightmare due to the traffic and although they were unable to unload until quite late in the day the guys remained polite considerate and extremely professional.
This was not the level of service I had expected considering their quote for the work was by far the most competative but like my former neighbour I too cannot speak highly enough for the level of service Roger and his crew provided.

Hillway are absolutely superb! Took all the stress of move day away from us. They had protection/covers for all our appliances, sofas, they used floor mats and even a front door padded cover. Friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. I can’t recommend them highly enough! 5 stars 🌟

Roger and his team were great in coping with quite a complex move. They had to pick up items from two different locations in Kent & transport to Cheltenham. It was, amazingly, all done in 2 days, with 3 trucks! Plus Roger and all his guys were really nice and super helpful. We certainly recommend.

Wow! If anyone can make a move enjoyable, it's these guys! I have moved house a number of times, but never have I encountered such a 'well-oiled' team run by such a professional boss. Roger from Hillway is a professional through and through. He's a bit of a hard task master with his guys, orchestrating every single thing. For me that meant, it went like clock-work. The team was friendly, all-round pleasant and professional. They coped with my tricky mattress and my beautiful old, super heavy cupboard, no problem.
Although I've worked with professional removal companies many a time, I've never dealt with one that had special (super luxury, not old blankets) covers for the door, the chairs, the sofas, a long, thick runner in the hallway - fantastic.
A big thank you to you all for making my new start such a memorable one.

Excellent, efficient, with all the correct paper work plus photographs of each room cleared and went the extra mile by clearing some of the jungle in the back garden. All done by phone and email [because of distance from property] so i totally satisfied. Oh and very nice people too.
