So I arrived this morning to see Dave, Matt and the rest of the team in full pre Christmas flow. Amazing!! Having only recently moved to their new shop, down on staff due to illness they were there to and definitely did deliver. Matt was wonderful as we had been swapping emails for weeks (as I live over near Stratford these days) and due to Flu I had been a bit rubbish in our communication for pick up. He was wonderful, got everything together and even offered to give me a hand as I clearly looked like chewed orange. These guys are by far the best butchers, pie makers and hands down just loveliest people anywhere from Powys to Warwickshire. Their pistachio and garlic pork pies are just flipping terrific. Never, never miss the chance if you are coming through Ledbury, Merry Christmas Wallers!!!!!

Wow! What an amazing butchers! I made a last minute order to these guys as our plans got rearranged and they were so helpful, they even delivered it to the local festival we were at and offered to pick up some milk for us to save us leaving the site, the sausages were out of this world and stayed thick throughout the cooking and hardly any fat left them, spot on! We will 100% be coming back and recommending you to everyone! Thank you so much, Bridie x

Superb meat, all local.
Had a Cockerel instead of Turkey for Christmas and have to say, the flavour and quality of the meat was lovely.
Hope the gammon for New Year is as good, which I'm sure it will be.
Highly recommend this butcher, very friendly, knowledgeable and funny staff.

Staff are nice except one guy seemed angry so much so my kids call him the angry butcher and he's abit rushy too and told me that they never ever had all steak pies despite the fact I brought two from there a week ago . On a positive note the meat is nice could do being a bit bigger in size . Best burgers I have ever had from a butcher.
Shame the angry butcher let's it down .
