I ordered the "raised bed kit" which includes 50 earthworms and 250g of composting worms to add to our renovated garden as it had been left lifeless for 10 years.

They arrived very well packaged a couple of days after I ordered them, and put them out into the garden to start getting to work!

Hopefully they will help to kick-start the worm population in our garden and with some nice new topsoil and mulch will be happy in their new home!

Very Poor experience. The product was not even packaged with an outer layer of protective card. The box arrived damaged, ripped, faded, sellotaped in a hap hazard manner with brown tape and looked like it had been sitting on a dirty shelf for sometime. The new style wormery is of inferior thin plastic. Although it looks good in its design, the base does not adequately support the weight and I suspect this will warp and eventually break in a short period of time. Excessive, large gaps between base and tray meant that almost all of the worms escaped in the first few days. Customer service is poor. You cannot speak to any person and when the issue was raised by email and online, pro forma replies are sent, the majority implying that I had done something wrong ( I have been successfully composting worms for over 10 years !) Returns policy is poor - you have to pay for return postage of this large item even though the product is clearly faulty. I tried very hard to work with Lower Blakemore Farm to find resolution, draining my time and energy. After numerous attempts, trying to navigate unhelpful replies and facing road block after road block I have decided just to give up. The wormery package is not cheap and the money paid has been wasted. Very disappointing and most unpleasant.

I've been buying from WW for over 20years ever since my late dad gave me a Can O' Worms. Just taken delivery of 250g of very healthy looking composting worms to top up the neglected Worm Cafe. All named Fred, like their cousins. Have moved the wormery from the garden to nearer the house as WW advise and resolved to be a better parent! Great service as always and loads of helpful info on their site. Thanks wormy friends!

The Order was for compost and earth worms to be delivered by royal mail to Scotland. The cardboard box ,holding the nylon sacks within, had clearly hard a Hard Journey. As such, the contents within were not in prime condition. In short it had been crushed. Appreciating that this event was not holy Wigglers fault, I sent a E mail to let them know. There was no reply. Noting they say their E mails are monitored during the day, I sent a second e mail, asking for acknowledgement. There was no reply. I would have hoped that the packaging used should arguable be fit for such a predictable journey in the post system, perhaps a simple firm plastic box would suffice? Either way, perhaps a lesson has been learnt for all concerned in the choice of this supplier.

Update.
After now being contacted by Wigglers, I conclude that the Company and in turn, I ,were perhaps victims of circumstances beyond all our control. In short, a replacement order was dispatched and received in a more suitable container . In appreciation, thanks to all concerned.

I have used Wiggly Wigglers ever since I purchased my first Bokashi for home composting - at least 10 years ago. I love this system as it takes all foodstuffs and when 'pickled' is added to my compost bin. I subsequently started buying my bird seeds and will not buy anywhere else. Apart from other goodies which I fancy from time to time, this company is honest and the delivery is very good. Heartily recommend to one and all.

Searched for something I never thought I would, worms. These are for new planters in our garden. Price and website great, fast delivery and well packaged. Planted out my ‘family’ straight away. You need to be careful to stick with the instructions or you run out of worms and still planters left to fill, the worms were at the top of the packaging. Definitely recommend this product and this company.

Bought a wormer in 2017 but never redeemed the voucher till now ( working abroad etc). First set of worms never arrived but Wiggly Wigglers resent and they arrived 2 days later. Wonderful service. Worms all settled in and happy chomping through food waste. Thank you very much
