Great British Pasta Makers since 1878, I tried their durum wheat pastas made with the finest semolina (Girandole, Penne and Spatziola) ~

The Girandole was simply perfect for my Bolognese with courgette, onion, garlic, chilli flakes, fresh basil leaves, mixed herbs, lean beef steak mince and tomato sauce. The Penne was superb for the boozy and addictive Pasta alla Vodka. I used the Spatziola for the Fennel pasta dish made of pork mince, fennel seeds, red chillies, courgette, onion, white wine, double cream garnished with chopped fresh basil leaves and grated parmigiano.

Their quality (texture and taste) was top-notch, we thoroughly enjoyed all of them.

Wow! I bought this in a local farm shop to try a different shape pasta.....Spatziola. The taste is unique as is the difference between shop bought veggies and home grown. I'll be buying this and others in the range again.
