Both of us coming from a Butcher father and Butcher ex husband. This is the best Butcher yet in the U.K. Our locals in the Midlands claim their Sausages and are Champions. These guy's would blow them away. The Burgers are to die for and the whole meat's are 100% quality. The Cooked meats are Old School Superior quality with a flavour I only remeber from the 1960's as a kid. GOLD MEDAL QUALITY , So pleased we have this in Gorlestone.

Fantastic butchers, makes some really great products that are slightly none traditional, and you might not have set out to buy, but they take your fancy , and are amazing. We get our Boerewors from there, it's a South African beef sausage, and they will make it how you like it for a sensible order size, ... it is incredible. We recently also tried some spicy Italian sausage, ... it was again, beautiful, plenty of herbs and not too hot. But the real surprise was the marmite sausage, ... and the true test was my other half, ... she isn't a marmite fan, where as I am, ... i didn't over cook it, ... it retained its size and was firm to cut, quite salty, but I like that , there was a hint of liquorish too, ... but believe me when I say it was stunning ! My other half was totally shocked as to how good it tasted.I can't wait to go get some more ! Well done guys, ... that really is a winner !
