Went in to browse garden rooms, the man was very helpful and understanding of our needs. There are so many options and different offers and sales for them. The shop is massive and there are so many plants ranging from cactuses to small trees. There is also a butcher, a food section, a home section, and a whole cafe.
If i had to live in a shop this place would be good. There are hot tubs (and one was on!) and just so many things to see. It's also dog friendly. Thanks a lot!

This is a review of the restaurant and not the garden centre itself. On 4 February I met friends there for coffee. We were aware that it was half price fish and chips month but the restaurant was very quiet when we arrived about 12.00. I had a toasted sandwich with Brie, bacon and cranberry. These cost £9.99 and it comes with coleslaw. I felt this was expensive in comparison to other venues nearby so expectations were high. Sadly it was very disappointing to say the least. I would have queried it but didn’t want to upset my friends. The bread was thin sliced and the content was minimal with a single rasher of bacon. The coleslaw seemed to just be cabbage and what I assume was a mayonnaise, no carrot or any other visible ingredient. Quite tasteless.I had contacted Hilliers to raise my concerns as to what I perceive to be a really poor value for money but they have not responded so I guess there will not be any changes so beware when ordering a toasted sandwich.

A bit expensive for a snack. Travelled over 90 miles to visit my disabled mother who wanted to come here to buy clothing, we couldn't leave our very well behaved dog at home all day and there was not an area In the cafe we could sit with him, it was too cold for my mother to sit outside, so dissapointed.

We had a lovely visit to Hillier’s today with my elderly parents. All the staff were extremely helpful , the food hall was very good & reasonably priced. A very special thank you to the young men who did a great job at the butchers counter , very professional with a lovely manner , warm , friendly & super service.
Many thanks to everyone who made our trip superb .

Large garden centre with displays and cafe, we went for the cafe as it was midday. I thought it was quite expensive but we ordered two sausage baguettes at £9each. When they arrived at our table the food was barely warm and the sausages were anaemic, I like them brown but these were not tasty at all. They were served with soft white onion in a baguette. This really ruined the eating experience and my wife couldn't even finish hers off. I prefer to give good reviews but unfortunately can't this time. Please brown the sausages to make them tasty.

Enjoyed our visit. The staff are great, especially at CareCo and Pavers. Lots to choose from and had lots of offers when we went. Plenty of parking. Has a cafe, but a little limited on food selection and no hot food and sandwiches after 3:30pm.

Ok garden centre. Like outlets and shop area. Plants quite expensive. Bought rose
bushes. Café has really gone downhill in terms of food quality and has no dog friendly area unless you sit outside. Will be going to Blackbrooks in future.
