If I could give zero star, I will. Poor customer service and was overcharged for something we never had. Please don’t go for the ice cream as it’s literally a scam! They didn’t give you a full scoop (at most half a scoop) and my ice cream was hollow in the middle. For almost £4, I’d suggest you to go somewhere for something better! Avoid at all cost. Overpriced for what they are.

I ordered 2 lattes today,and they were luke warm,when my friend came and ordered 2 more she asked for them to be a bit warmer, and was told they were very hot,which they were the right temperature.
It was also very cold in the drinking area which isn't great,when you have already been served cold latte.

I am a regular customer, but in the last few months the coffee has been Luke warm,never hot,staff are slow or don't seem to have enough staff, think they need to have staff that know what they are doing and know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino. Poor service, really gone down hill since they first opened.

Had a flat white at hay festival and it has to be the world's worst coffee, made in approximately 3 seconds is this abomination. Obviously the shop staff should be better but if you chose to charge me £4 for warm milk then I will serve you a poor review

Really good snowshakes that aren't just a bit of drink with a whole load of ice! The hot chocolate especially white hot chocolate are really tasty too. Staff always lovely.
