Had waffles there with a friend and they tasted amazing! I had the banana and strawberry covered waffle with biscoff syrup, milk chocolate syrup and toffee syrup. Also topped the waffle off with some ice cream, 10/10 combination! Service was pretty quick, and very polite. Would definitely recommend.

I just been there and I tried to order some stuff and I asked a lady who was serving about the products the vegan ones, and another lady just stepped into the conversation with a very arrogant attitude and speaking to me with superiority and also random she feel the need to tell me that she is the manager that was quite the moment I decided to take away . The other people that work there were quite nice but this lady's attitude and how she spek to clients is juts ridiculously and not good for the business with a person like her in front line .
The date I had this experience is 15 December 4.30 PM.
Also her name is Angela so avoid this "manger" to interact and maybe the business owner will enroll her in some courses regarding treat clients 😉

The serving guy initially said we could taste three different spoons per person then when we decided on one and wanted to try other 3 he said you can only taste 2 per person after discussing with someone lady inside. It was a bit rude of them to do that as we had already ordered one and wanted to try and decide the second one. Would think twice before coming here.

Incredible dining atmosphere. The interior design of this shop is great and creative. I would highly recommend students doing design courses such as ID or architecture to visit.
As for the food that I have ordered (as the picture posted), it is great especially the cream. The only negative comment I would say is that the vanilla ice cream served is too sweet.

This is the second time that have visited this ‘palace of pudding delight’. To be honest I though that my first visit was just a fluke and that things couldn’t really taste that good all of the time. I was wrong and very pleasantly surprised. The waffle I had (Strawberry fields) was just as tasty as they last choice that I had here, although if you pressed me I could name.

The menu and additional choice are extensive and you easily spend a whole day in here sampling all of the delightful food available to you (especially if you enjoy sweet food)

The staff are professional, friendly and very quick. They also extremely helpful and understanding. I have a service dog which I am still getting used to and when the staff understood what my dog was they were very accommodating, which I have to say is very refreshing.

All in all, the revisit was well worth it and I shall be wending my way back here in the not too distant future - just to make sure that I haven’t steered anyone wrong with my recommendation (no self indulgence on my part of course!!)

Nice dinner dessert at Creams today with my partner. Enjoyed a hot chocolate fudge cake which was gooey and rich. My partner enjoyed a strawberry chocolate indulgence crepe which she said was delightful. Our waitress was very friendly too. Overall a lovely experience.

Just popped in and had some dessert. Very, very sweet. Portion size was a bit weird, one person had waffles that could have fed 2 people easily whereas the cookie dough was perfect for 1 person. Both on the same menu for about the same cost. Cannot fault the flavour at all, as long as you have a serious sweet tooth. The decoration and theme is stunning, really stuck to the Steampunk theme throughout! Would recommend!
