Mostly really good prices, but now and again we’ve found the odd item to be no cheaper than Sainsbury’s. So worth checking, as some things are much cheaper!

So I've been a Bookers
customer for 19 years. The last few years have been a nightmare. The prices of risen. I understand that price is go up. Many of their prices are totally unacceptable. I've moved to other suppliers the undercut them by so much. And now they have changed their delivery plans. When were used to get our delivery at 8:00 a.m. in the morning. Play now decide that our delivery time is anywhere between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.! We were not giving notice of this. We are now getting deliveries mid service. So I am considering changing suppliers completely. I am disgusted with their service. When you call the delivery office they are rude and unhelpful. I have to deal with customer complaints but apparently Booker's Canterbury are above this. I will do my research and try to move away from bookers completely. I might as well shop at Tesco's. And yes I'm well aware that they own Tesco's. A total disgrace.

Still as good as ever, helpful staff plenty of stock of most items, great butchers dept brilliant guys there,prices and offers are good.
Lots of new lines were added for Christmas.

Been a customer since last 5 years but now looks like they only want to entertain big shopkeepers. Waited on checkouts for 15 mins no one bothered. One lady in the cashier room busy talking cash and other scanning lots of stuff on trolleys though no customer ( apart from me) and trying to ignore me as i was having only few bits on my trolley. I told lady i am getting late so ill come later and the only words she said were " are you sure".. no i am not and won't be coming again. Thanks

Really happy with my experience with Booker, I personally go in their regularly to purchase items, the staff are always great and willing to help. The store is always clean and tidy. Also the checkouts are fairly quick to get through. Really happy. Thank you.
