We have two little children 4 and 6yrs old and have never raised chickens before.. ZOE is such an amazing lovely helpful person. Always picks ups the phone and gives us plenty of information and help.

Zoe knew we needed friendly docile chickens that won't run and fly away from kids wanting to pet them lol we are soo happy with the breeds and the effortless time Zoe and her husband gave towards us. The children spent time watching.. choosing and were taught how to handle and pet their chosen chickens. What an amazing experience! Will definitely recommend east sussex small holders company for chicken selection! Our friends and neighbours are already thinking of getting some after seeing how well behaved and happy the kids are with them.

I bought some quail eggs by post from these guys after spending weeks on trying to decide who to buy from. These eggs are for my second ever hatch after I purchased from a different farm before, and unlike the first batch every single egg arrived completely intact without any cracks or casualties. Even if I get just one chick hatch I'll be delighted because of the quick and professional service. Overall very happy, and one day I'd love to purchase more eggs in the future 😁

As first time keepers of chickens we needed help! Zoe has been amazing from our first phone call to enquire about the chickens to now, some 5 weeks later during which time we have worried about things we didn't need to worry about, as Zoe has been there for us to guide us through. We have 4 beautiful chickens from Zoe's great range of chickens and the experience of going to Zoe's amazing farm was a great day out for us both. Already 2 of the girlies are laying an egg every day, one blue and one pink, fantastic!!!

Pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately we had to cancel our order due to a change of circumstances, but will definitely come back. The owner called back to discuss our options, offered a refund straightaway, and gave us lots of helpful advice on how to handle the situation with our existing flock.

We purchased 3 Aylesbury ducklings last week, they are extremely healthy, friendly and clearly very well looked after. They were also extremely reasonably priced. Zoe was really helpful and gave us lots of great advice for when we got the ducklings home.
