Went with a friend of mine for a birthday present for him. Had a fantastic experience which was well worth the money. The tour on its own was worth the money and the free beers and nibbles before and after were a bonus. Shaun who carried out the presentation and the tour was brilliant, very informative and welcomed any questions. Emily who served us on the bar was also lovely. Overall 10/10 experience

My father in-law and I had a super afternoon learning about the Brewery history, processes and enjoying sampling some of their lovely beers during the Brewery tour.
Many thanks to the knowledge and enthusiasm of Brewer Toby, and Ben who kept the beers flowing.

Forget the Guinness Brewery tour, this is the one you want.

Excellent talk and tour, particularly liked the barley tasting and hop smelling

Great beers, best of the bunch Wye Valley Bitter and Stout for me

Wye Valley Bitter seen a many local Pubs (and some not so local) gets a bit tangy towards the end of the barrel, so make sure your pub has a regular turnover, it’s a good session beer and keeps you ‘regular’ 👍

We booked a brewery tour as a Christmas present and 2 of us went. A brilliant afternoon with open bar to sample their various ales and a really interesting tour by the owner. A fascinating tour and well worth the money with great family brewed beer thrown in. Highly recommended.

Disappointed to have turned up to the brewery today with the in-laws after a 30 minute drive, to not be able to drink any beers on tap. I had called beforehand and had no answer. The website needs to make it more clear that there is no taproom/beers on draft availability unless going on a tour of the brewery. In my experience, most breweries nowadays have taprooms as part of their shops that you can turn up to and enjoy.

I've ordered 1985 from this brewery 3 times. In my opinion it is hands down the best lager in the UK, incredibly close to German quality. Just this week I have ordered 48 cans, had a confirmation email but days went by without delivery notification. I contacted the sales team via email yesterday. They were so prompt, apologised, then advised the beer would be with me next day. Arrived on my doorstep at 08:40 this morning. Great service, incredible beer. Thank you.

What great service in the brewery shop! Having spoken to Jo last week we arranged to pick up some mini kegs today. There they were waiting for us!! Jo was more than helpful serving us. Excellent customer care. She went above and beyond!! We will definitely be returning!!
