I just made this order on Tuesday, and I have already received my order by Friday (today)! Now keep in mind we are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic! So this was amazing! Customer service is spot on, great communication throughout the entire process. A long side plenty of existing information already on the website!

Plants arrived in perfect condition, with no damage, everything was packed very carefully. The plants themselves are also very healthy so they are clearly taking good care of them in store!

Over all definitely recommend everyone to purchase here, I know I will be making more purchases here in the future, they have a great selection of unique and hard to find (inducing rare) plants! The owner Suzanne clearly goes above and beyond for her business and her customers, she deserves the recognition!

Placed my order on Monday, plants arrived on Wednesday morning. Very happy with the service and the delivery time. The packaging was beautifully done and the plants arrived safely and in tact. Will definitely recommend this seller for healthy plant deliveries.

Ordered two houseplants over the weekend, received both by Wednesday. Really impressed with the quality of the plants, and that so little plastic was used. They arrived well packaged and care had been taken to keep them from being damaged. They were healthy looking plants and large, really good value. Thank you will definitely order from again!

Gorgeous plant arrived EXTREMELY quickly (next day!) Got an email more or less immediately after placing the order letting me know when the tracking ID would be available- though honestly I didn't have time to check it it arrived so quickly! Was really well packed with little notes to keep it out the sun, and appears to have survived the journey very well, Plant has 3 new leaves coming in, very happy with it. Thank you Ginger Jungle! x

I wish we'd known about The Ginger Jungle earlier! Placed an order yesterday (for a couple of babies, coir box and plant markers) and as we're lucky enough to live about 10 minutes away arranged to collect.
Suzanne was amazing! So passionate and welcoming.
To see all the super healthy and happy plants and how much love goes into the orders we knew we'd found a gem.
