Yay for BB!! Nadine, you’re a star.

I came across Blossom Bakehouse on Instagram whilst researching cake makers in the Brighton & Hove area. Planning a hen party in a location that you’re not familiar with is no mean feat...!! I fell in love with the unique style of Nadine’s creations and got in touch with her to see if she’d be willing to create a cake for the bride-to-be and her hens. She was quick to get back to us and more than happy to help!

Our brief was “pastel rainbow” and Nadine did not disappoint. She surprised us on the day (kindly delivering to the venue) and we were really pleased with the outcome. Thank you!! We didn’t actually get around to eating the cake until the Sunday (delivered on Friday), yet it was still super fresh. We opted for white chocolate mud cake with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream. It was delicious. Everyone was so impressed with the flavour and really complimentary about the cake. 🥰
