Cherry flapjack fantastic. A great choice of Pasties and all delicious. I love the idea of topping up a glass bottle of milk instead of more plastic and will be doing this where possible from now on 👍 too much plastic is used in food containers........ A massive assortment of goodies here !

I absolutely love the shop, all the food is delicious. I've also ordered meat and goods from the shop as a surprise for my son who lives in Devon, and the meat was excellent and delivery service top. I'm very sad though because of a discrepancy at my bank I sent an email to aune valley to ask them not to save my bank details on there system. Unfortunately since that email I have been blocked, why I have no idea, and a real shame because I had planned to order goods on a regular basis. Maybe you can throw a light on this I live in Germany but order online as a gift for my children.

Really lovely setting with good produce in the shop.

Staff in the cafe were unhelpful and rude. Needed a table of four and were told that there were none available. There were plenty of tables for four occupied by only 2 people and were not even offered the option of pulling tables together.

Surprised that they were allowing people to simply leave without finding a way to accommodate. Can only assume it was because my family (non-white) were not welcome.

We arrived hoping for Sunday lunch at the Valley View Cafe, having had an excellent one here previously, but Sunday lunch is no longer available, I'm guessing it may return with the Spring? Anyway, we were fortunate enough to have 10 minutes left in which to order from the breakfast menu. My poached eggs (3!) on sourdough toast was splendid, the best I've found anywhere and my wife's breakfast bap was far too full of sausage, bacon, egg and hash brown to be easily eaten; it has to be disassembled first. Brilliant.

Sitting outside in the sunshine in mid November with a view down the Aune valley was a treat in itself. Can't wait to return 😁

We bought eggs, bacon, sausages, black pudding, mushrooms, toms and made our bf at home because there was an hour wait for a table. But we were a table of 9. But the food was delicious. Going back on our home from holiday and buying tons more. Maybe even some dinner meat because that look delicious as well. Well recommended.

20/12/19. Went here for breakfast, it was really busy, with very helpful staff. Had a full English brekkie, freshly cooked with good portions. Quite a few builders here, and they always sniff out the best🙂.
Beautiful views, and I guess in the summer it'll be great sitting outside on the balcony.
We sat at a small table for 2 which was a challenge space wise, for 2 breakfasts, toast and coffee etc. Next time we'll pick a bigger table. But...it really was great food at a good price.
After we went into the shop. Beautiful fresh looking veg. Lovely Christmas foody stuff.
The butcher was extremely helpful, and the ladies on the deli were really cheerful.
Amongst other stuff we bought scotch eggs and pasties, homemade, absolutely gorgeous.
What a find.
Can't recommend highly enough.
