I have a trade account that gives me 20% off always. Yesterday 29/07/23 the guy at the till tried his luck with me pretending that he has added the discount already when I asked him. He was like... Oh yes I've added it. I said.. Is it 20% and then he kept quite and that's when he added it as the total bill cost was reduced. Not sure why he behaves like this. I could see that he was in a bad mood from the beginning. Will try to shop somewhere else next time.

Decent prices and nice staff on the checkouts, however let down by the man running the cutting service at the back. Had a number of sheets cut to size, however 2 had a bow in them as though they had moved whilst being cut. Had to buy more and finish them myself. Lost money as a result. Will be using somewhere else going forward.
