Unjustifiable shipping cost.
I wanted to try a loaf of these but the £6 shipping for ONE loaf is just nuts.
I rather not eat bread at all and deal with my T1 some other way (like I've been doing since the age of 5) than paying this much for a loaf of bread. £10 quid for bread is just ridiculous.

Absolutely unreal rolls and baps!!! I had a bit of issue with the delivery when I originally ordered. I was going camping on a Friday so I ordered Tuesday and paid more for postage than I did the product so that I could get it next day guaranteed. The stuff didn’t arrive on the Weds so I contacted them on Thurs after speaking to DPD. DPD said they never received the items in the first place so there was no chance they’d be delivered on that day either. Keeto Life/Seriously Low Carb said that it had been left in my safe place (they had misread the tracking information which said it WOULD BE left in a safe place, not that it had been).
The lady I spoke to on the phone refunded my postage and offered to send the items out again that day, but since I would be away the next day we agreed I could call on Monday for my replacement.
Monday came and I did speak to someone who did try to say the items were last in my safe space again 😬 but I explained again and they were sent out.
Well they arrived and OMG! Totally worth the wait! Either that day or the next day I went straight back on and ordered 5 more packs for the freezer!!
Hoping they arrive with no issues.

Great service really friendly customer service lady good knowledge of products very helpful. Made myself a sandwich when I got home with two slices of the bread and then I had a hot cross bun as a treat waited 2 hours checked blood sugar levels as I'm a diabetic perfect readings. Well done team a hundred percent be back.

Newbie at Keto so popped in today to get to know what’s on offer. Wow after 2 weeks of trying to make bread myself 🙈 I try the most amazing bread just like any other.

I can’t fault this company. I’ve lost 3 stone since switching to their products and reversed my diabetes. My favourite products are the wraps, seeded rolls, pizzas, Thai Red noodles and the pickle, but every product I’ve tried from SRSLY has been delicious. Can’t wait to see them in retail!

Fantastic low carb breads and customer service was top class.

There was a minor issue with my order handled competently and swiftly with a personal touch. Great experience and the wraps tastes like luxury non keto wraps (slightly lighter in weight as you would expect).

Jordan was very helpful from the customer service team.
