Lovely knowledgable experience we go out with Amy a few times a year and my son and I learn so much. Amy is so knowledgeable and so interesting. We are hoping to go as much as possible this year. Keep up the good work Amy 🙂

Had a fabulous afternoon foraging with Amy. She taught me the basics of identifying edible plants and the importance of not just relying on one feature because of the similarities between some species. I learnt so much - identification, how the edible plants can be used, their history, keeping foraging sustainable, and so much more. Highly recommended.

Amy is so knowledgeable and happily shares all of her tips and tricks. Today was my second foraging experience with her and I loved it as much as the first (and just had some, oops, now I can't remember the name, of this garlicky grass (not garlic) in my pasta).

My sons booked me a foraging tour with Amy of Forth and Forage as it’s something I’ve been interested in for a while. We loved it as spending quality time together in the fresh air is great anyway but Amy is so knowledgeable about the surroundings that we will no longer, just walk past oblivious. She had specific things in mind to show us but when we asked about other trees, plants and flowers she knew all about them too. It quickly became obvious that Amy’s knowledge of our wild surroundings is vast but she also made it fun and relatable. Would highly recommend xxx

Our group of 5 had the most interesting and enjoyable foraging activity in Herne Bay. Amy has vast knowledge about flora and fauna with a very engaging and down to earth manner in conveying it to her audience. Amy is a very knowledgeable person when it comes to flora and fauna! We learned so much; what plants are edible, how to distinguish the safe from the toxic, what to dishes to use them in.
It's given us so many ideas, we are looking forward to the next trip in the new seasons, they will hold a whole new set of things to forage and learn!
We even got a taster of yummy foods Amy had made from foraged plants!(who new so many things are that yummy 😋)
