From meeting Neil, Annette and the team at RSS we have been made to feel like part of a family. Starting out in the industry as a newcomer 5 years ago, we needed hand holding and lots of advice. Neil was excellent in running through the technical details of the equipment with hands-on demonstrations. Annette helped with our leasing options. When you hire people to drive your vans, can you double check they have a license please? Driver nearly went into the side of me because he wasn't paying attention then stuck his middle finger up, and tailgating dangerously close. Not a good way to represent the company.
