Beware, Beware, Beware! Dishonest People!!!
These people are totally dishonest, I bought a water butt from them today, I asked if was fully watertight with no leaks before buying, they replied it was and had no leaks. As soon as I arrived home I partially filled it with water to test it. It was leaking around the tap so I changed the tap and it still leaked, on further investigation I found the leak was coming from the area surrounding the tap.

So basically I’ve been sold something that isn’t fit for purpose! I immediately contacted RG Collins & Sons and explained the situation and asked for my money to be refunded, their reply was “it was fine when we had it”, so not refunding! And blocked me from contacting them again.
So I’ve ended up with a useless water butt which I’ll need to take to the tip!!

These people are totally dishonest and typical of a Rogue Trader. I would not recommend anyone buying anything from them.

Quite a torturous drive on the Gweek road with very few passing places. Would not want to make the journey every day!
