Top marks to these guys for great customer service. Having had a Stuart Turner pump for a power shower working flawlessly for many years (maybe 20?) I had problems. I took a chance and droped the customer service team an email and was amazed to get a helpful reply. This led me to check the shower for another root cause of the problem and sure enough there was a blockage. The pump is now working great again. These pumps are expensive but if they're going to last for decades and they'll still give support then it's money well spent. 🙂

I had terrible trouble with my shower losing pressure dramatically after a few minutes of use ever since installation 9 years ago by Wrens. They used a Salamander positive head pump. I had Salamander visit my property, I had 5 different plumbers visit my property and none could fix the issue. This went on for 9 years. I decided to call Stuart Turner, explained the issue, they advised I needed a Mondoon universal which I subsequently ordered. I installed the Stuart Turner myself with no issue. I have been using the Stuart Turner pump for the last 10 months and it has been working perfectly since i installed it, no loss of pressure, just perfect showers every time. Thank you Stuart Turner you are amazing. 9 years of hell solved in one 3 minute call to Stuart Turner.

Called Stuart turner … regarding an issue with my pump …. Spoke to Jason he was very understanding and after a minute or so waiting while he did his checks and professional attitude over the phone , the issue was resolved promptly….. great advice and understanding with customers really rate this company … and Jason was great to talk with …. I have problem with my 12 years' old Monsoon pump. After describe the behaviour of the old, Zennon in the technical service recommends a universal twin pump and explain the reason behind. He has been very helpful. I fully recommend Stuart Turner's product and have a good back up service.

Another case of a once good brand chosen to cheap out on build quality.
The supplied hoses are cheap rubbish, too stiff and the bore is very small so not great for gravity fed systems with very low flow.
They have voided the warranty as I used better quality fittings (After 1 hour and 25 minutes on hold!! Seriously the helpline is awful, it’s taken at least 10 days to respond to me).
If your unfortunate enough to buy one of these then make sure you use their supplied pipes but be very careful with them.
I have had a showermate pump less than a year and it’s started to leak water from inside the pump impeller housing.
For a pump that cost £160, it’s very disappointing and would never recommend the brand to anyone else.
They also do not stock any replacement parts for these pumps anymore even though it’s only a year old.
Sorry but the products are junk.

Shower pump leaks. In a nutshell they will not let my accredited plumber fit a replacement has to be one of their own agents, I have been waiting several days for them to contact re appointment. Spent literally hours on phone today trying to chase them up to no avail. Telephone response abysmal

Been fitting their pumps for over 20 years but i am very disappointed from my recent experience. Spent 1.5hrs on hold to technical support only for the line to be dropped when i got to the top of the queue. I then sent an email which for a week now has gone unanswered. Went back to the plumbers merchants today and they confirmed that support has really gone downhill. I'm fitting a Wilo pump in its place tomorrow and will never return to this shambolic brand...yet all they had to do was answer an email...Cheerio Stuart Turner.

Spoke with Zennon in the Technical department, he didn't have the document to hand and told me he would ring me back, within 20 minutes I had the documentation I required, along with a follow up call . Thank you for taking care of this so quickly, if only other technical departments worked this efficiently.
