We discovered this gorgeous place at Lichfield Food Festival and we were delighted with the products when we got home. They are very unusual and nothing you can get from the supermarket. We purchased the hamper with seven meats in and they were all gorgeous. The service was excellent and I am now about to purchase another order as the quality was amazing. This is a small family run business and we always try to use as many small businesses as we can as they are becoming very small in numbers these days.
We totally recommend this company and the products they sell.

I normally buy online foe delivery so hadn't bern to the shop until lsst week.
Wow, it's a treasure trove & very informative & helpful staff.
Shop is like stepping back in time, think old style coffee shop, almost Victorian. Beautiful.
The meats on offer are fabulous as are the othe deli items, pates, chutneys, wonderful

Love this place, if you come in on a Monday the owner Matus is there, he's fantastic and great fun. I recommend their hamper, it goes way further than you'd expect and it's all top quality! He now does a few types of biltong and jerky along with game meats and all kinds of cured meat A*

We went on holiday to Hereford earlier this year and purchased products from the charcuterie. I later looked on the website to see if they did home delivery and was delighted they did Xmas hampers . I purchased two hampers one for a gift and one for my self which we received today . The quality of these are great and nice to try different food items . The communication between myself and the proprietor was perfect I'm sure my brother will love his gift and we will definitely purchase from this charcuterie again thankyou for such lovely hampers . Have a lovely Christmas to all who work hard to produce such quality items . Thanks Donna

Would give this zero stars if I could. At the Cheltenham food festival, went up to the offering of a sample. I was about to purchase one of their offers however as I was just reaching for my purse my partner reached to get another sample and accidentally picked up two small slices/ bits of ham on a tooth pick. This was snatched from my partners hand by the "owner of the family business". My partner was then made to feel embarrassed as if he was stealing food and told to "calm down" in a loud aggressive tone by the man on the stall. I'm talking a 0.25cm of thin sliced cured meat. As we walked away he ridiculed my partner to the rest of the public around the stall. Needless to say I did not purchase anything from this horrendous person. So extremely rude. Such a shame for a small business with such potential to then treat people like this. Coming from a family of a craft beer brewery business we understand the world of festival sampling, but never would EVER ridicule someone and continue to do so to the rest of the crowd. Though the product may of been nice, I would never Interact with this business because of the gentleman actions and attitude on the stall. Just shows they do not have a humane side or an ability to excute any kind of customer service.

Go and try the piglet with fennel right now, you'll thank me. These guys supplied our wedding in Northumberland and the meat was just outstanding as always. Mat and the team give a really personal service to help you get what you want, whether it's in the shop letting you taste cuts or keeping in touch about an order. And the meat...I've travelled all over and this is world class.
