Was having trouble with one particular type of flour contacted doves who have taken over wessex mill felt they did not believe me and felt their customer service was very bad. In the end it was suggested I do 50/50 I did not buy this flour to do that. I have bought wessex mill flour for years with no problem. I have been baking my own bread for over 50 years so know what I am talking about. Needless to say I shall not be placing any more orders.

The quality of the flour is excellent, but the customer service is poorly. I've made a purchase only and then I realised I made a mistake on the quantity and emailed them to update the order, but thry ignored me.

Placed an order for four bags of flours on the 22nd May. Last notification from Wessex mill order complete after that nothing. Email about my order received a short reply passed on to sales team. Tried to phone them they will not take calls about internet sales. The service was good when Wessex mill but now they are part of dove farm customer services is the worst. My next step will to be court action to reclaim my money.

The order was dispatched very quickly. It arrived the next day,well packaged. The 10kg sacks are economical. I also bought some small bags,good way to try.
The carriage is cheaper if you buy more flour.
Very pleased with my order.

I ordered five bags of flour from wessex mill five days later they arrived one bag of white flour missing so I email straight away go a reply the email would be passed on waited no reply emailed again got same reply waited again no reply email again still no reply and I'm still waiting for a reply or my money or flour this is bad service. Very unhappy pensioner.

I have been a Wessex flour user for more years than I care to remember and due to my age and medical history have been isolating along with many others, so buying their products in my local shop was proving impossible.
I initially placed an order in April for 2 x10 kg bags (Cobber & Wholemeal) which were delivered overnight for a carriage charge of only £3.00!
I have placed several multiple orders since comprising of consignments of twenty mixed 1.5Kg packets for my fellow parishioners, all of which have been delivered within a couple of days.
The overnight carriage charge of £3.00 on these only equated to 15 pence per packet!
I have found their staff extremely helpful and courteous and the quality of their products are without question excellent.

Order turned up with items missing, after contacting them multiple times, I only seem to get a generic reply with no action. They tell me there is a problem with there contact system. But still no resolution. Probably the worst customer service I have ever had, such a shame. I will be changing brand from now on. Since they will not complete my order I am out of pocket and there is no way to get them to complete the order as they don't reply. USELESS.

Just had a delivery from Wessex flour and one of the bags of flour was wrong. I wrote to them advising them that there was an error, explaining that given the current circumstances I totally understood and this was for information only and I didn't expect them to do anything about. However, I received a response within the hour apologising for the mistake and saying they had sent out a replacement bag. Great customer service and I would recommend this company both for the quality of their products and their service.
