Wonderful farm shop, great selection but I knocked off a star due to the price. Fantastic selection of produce that you wouldn't necessarily find in other farm shops so they clearly spend a lot of time sourcing quality goods, but their prices also reflect that. If cost isn't a concern then this place is 5 stars for sure. Popular restaurant too, with plenty of parking.

We haven't been here for a while and it's certainly extended the cafe. The farm shop part is lovely with lots of treats to choose from. The shop is always tidy and a clean open space to explore.

Their cafe, although busy and low on staff were able to deliver our food and drinks within 10mins, even though the lady at the till said it would be delayed. The food was tasty, I had the Korean BBQ chicken with chips and coleslaw at around £15. We always come away happy. There is an area outside for the children to play and you can eat outside too. A good stop by for a coffee and cake.

Fantastic experience all around. We arrived on a busy Sunday morning around 10am looking for breakfast, the staff in the cafe were so accommodating, finding us space to sit for food, they were attentive, friendly and really lovely. The food was delicious and great value for money. Every member of staff we came into contact with was helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

The shop was the same, great selection of produce, great quality and some really delicious different items. I highly recommend the Rosemary jelly! We took time to wonder around the farm after our breakfast and shopping and it was all such a lovely experience.

Soup was very nice. Limited selection of sandwiches and very overpriced. Menu could not be deviated from. Restaurant was cold. Farm shop ok. Butcher is excellent. Again produce is expensive. I don't think I will be going back.

When someone is at the counter serve them, you’re losing sales. More than once a member of staff is looking down at their phone ignoring me. You go to pay and there is no one at the till. It would help to label the variety of potato, ‘potatoes’ is not sufficient information!
The meat from the friendly butcher is superb and a good variety of quality produce is available.

We enjoyed our visit here. First stop was the cafe where the head waiter squeezed us in despite being very busy, and service was kind and attentive, quickly remedying a small problem with our order to our complete satisfaction. We did notice that the menus were slightly scruffy pieces of paper which had clearly been issued to previous tables a number of times, not ideal for hygiene purposes. Either provide new paper menus each time, or move to wipeable laminate pouches. The food was enjoyable although the burgers had to be eaten with cutlery as they were dripping wet due to the addition of numerous strips of gherkin. The kiddy play park was much enjoyed, although the petting farm area was extremely small. We finished at the farm shop which was well stocked with various luxury foods with prices to match. I loved the eco refill section and the beautiful fresh fruit and veg. It’s just a pity that some people old enough to know better do not supervise their children or grandchildren in shops and allow them to handle and play with fresh food that they do not plan to purchase. I watched a blonde member of staff walk straight past two young boys who were fighting each other with large branched pieces of ginger, without making a single attempt to admonish them, I guess so long as she didn’t have to eat it, right? I watched them handle numerous other fresh produce, so we left the fresh food on the shelf and bought tins and jars only.

Very friendly service, with great attention to detail and helped with a large group. The breakfast very tasty and large quantities. My only complaint would be the quality of the coffee for the price. Would recommend!

My first visit a few weeks ago and I went specifically for the sunflower field which was fab! Had a wonder round and the farm was lovely and the shop was great too.
Went back today with a friend and took our kids to see the animals and had a little play on the play area (great for older kids, not so much younger one). Then we finished our visit with a hot drink and piece if cake in the cafe which was lovely. Definitely recommend for a morning or afternoon out!
