I purchased a product last month to assess the
hype around this company. I wasn’t disappointed ! Incredible product quickly delivered to my specifications ready to use.
I have since created an account and made more purchases with the help of Jayne and her team.
This morning’s transaction took minutes to complete and we’ve christened this tank ‘Gary’ rather than Tank#2 which helps with quick reference.

I would give the customer service by Monique as 5 stars plus she was amazing!

It was unfortunate that we were sent the wrong spec for the tank and this held up the delivery, we were promised a delivery date that didn't happen which is why I have only given 3 stars.

I think we were just unlucky. On a plus point Monique was quick to sort out the spec issues the tank is great quality and now doi g great service ☺️

Excellent company to deal with. The online chat was fast and answered all the questions and the tanks were made quickly. I arranged to collect and that process was also very efficient, the tanks were well packaged and quickly loaded. They are being installed now so have not yet had water in them but they appear to be well made.

I bought an Enduramaxx ATV sprayer and boom and 3 out of the 4 bolts on the mounting kit dropped out on the first use. Enduramaxx sent one bolt in the post to replace this so I ended up buying some myself. A quick bit of thread lock and its been fine since. I have been using the sprayer on rough ground and I have nothing but issues with it, I have used other brands in the past and have never had issues. I got this one partly due to the made in Britain claim on the site but almost every part on it says made in Italy so maybe assembled in the UK not sure but I feel like I have been misled.
The other reason for choosing it was price as it was bought to help a charity out during the current crisis, well buy cheap buy twice. If you were using it on a playing field or golf course then it would probably be fine but for my needs I won't be buying from them again, just glad it was 100's and not 1'000's wasted.

Positives:
Enduramaxx has a wide selection of tanks, different sizes and volumes, and shapes, diameters of inlets and optional extras (e.g. Float). The site is well constructed and makes it easier to navigate. The Chat window is responsive, someone gets back to your chat request in a few minutes.

Negatives:
The site claims "Made in Britain" is far fetched, they are produced in the EU and assembled in the UK. See many companies state MiB but when you look closer as much as 80% is made by non-UK companies.
The website is well constructed but the information is questionable. Looked at a RWH tank, the dims on the Features, Description, Technical Drawing and even the Chat with the operator were ALL different. So it was unclear which was the actual and true dims, and very risky ordering the tank based on this.
The tank thickness is not given or even the location of the thicker parts for inlet/outlet pipes to be drilled on-site. We asked for this information so we can drill 68mm and 38mm holes, put in grommets and insert the pipes. However they did not provide thickness of the skin so the correct grommet could not be sourced. Building Regs would not sign off the RWH if we have non-sealed holes. Tried to work with them to get as much information, including a technical drawing, each time they sent me the wrong drawing which was related to another product. After numerous apologies just cannot trust them. I am beginning to question why they wrapped up their previous company now.

I have purchased tanks (300l to 800l) from most UK suppliers and can say from experience that these are the best quality tanks, they also have the best quality sealed lids.

I am not one for writing reviews unless a product or company stands out and in this case both have in my opinion.
I needed to purchase a water bowser for a large housing est that I look after for getting to hard to reach places for watering plants bushes etc.
I contact Enduramaxx with my requirements what I needed to do I was limited to size of bowser as the tractor unit I had to tow with and its capabilities.
I spent a bit of time going through different options by email and phone in the end I settled for a 300 liter bowser I have to say my gardener was delighted with it he said it has cut his work load down and been a great addition to his equipment.
main point the whole experience from start to finish has been very good from advice before purchase, delivery and aftersales has been excellent I have called a couple of times since my purchase and they have been only too happy to help nothing seems to much trouble for them even down to carrying out alterations on my bowser before delivery to suit my needs.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Enduramaxx as a company or their products great service great bowser all in all first class thank you.
