Excellent food and courteous staff who offered every help to my young daughters to make their time here as enjoyable as possible.
Presentation and quality of this place is exceptional!
Beautiful atmosphere layered with warm lighting making it a very relaxing environment.
Outstanding dessert shop with a great menu, highly recommended to all.
Thank you to all the staff and management, we will definitely visit again next time we are in Peterborough.

If you haven’t visited yet, Creams in Peterborough is the top dessert spot in the UK, and you’re definitely missing out! The team is warm, friendly, and always provides excellent service. I highly recommend trying the crepe topped with red velvet – you won’t regret it! 💜

The food was served slowly. I was ask for more napkins and one of the staff said that I could grab it from Ice cream freezer . After a while, another staff came to my table and she grab the napkins back from my table with an annoyed expression.

Absolutely fantastic branch. Always delicious and the staff are amazing and always remember us. Always welcomed with big smiles and great service. I wish I knew the names of the manager and her sister. They're basically my besties now 😆 will never go to any other dessert places other than Creams 🥰
