I have ordered a couple of times and have received my orders quickly and the sweets arrived in perfect condition and all at a good price. A very good selection of sweets and have my favourite sugar mice, which you can't get many places without costing a fortune.

My package arrived today with 5 small bars of caramac chocolate in. The dates for the chocolate are fine. However, Im extremely disappointed that every bar of chocolate is shattered into god knows how many pieces. You would think that for a company who sells chocolate to hundreds of people, you would know it is fragile and a simple bit of protection inside the box wouldn't hurt. These were supposed to be a birthday present and now I have to try and find them somewhere else.

Warning - check order carefully straight away.
Faulty product & refused to replace or refund.
I realise I messaged on day 31 but do my statutory rights not give me 6 months for faulty items. I had naively not expected items to be faulty and missing so I had only opened the box when it first arrived & had not emptied it. I'd spent £73 so there were a lot of sweets to sort through. The sweets were for my kids for xmas & to make advent calendars so I had to wait for the kids to be out of the house. 2 boxes of nerds at the bottom of the box looked like they had been wet & the cardboard was marked & sweets stuck together. It was definitely from inside the box as the box was dry & unmarked on the outside, so had not occured during transit. Happy Candy Refused to replace or refund. I am now £5 out of pocket as will need to buy from elsewhere. Very disappointing customer service.

I like Happycandy as they have a fantastic range and the range is always very good quality and if you sign up to there email list you often get discount codes sent to you. The goods always come well packed and quickly. I have never had any problems with any of the goods i have ordered. I would say to anyone to order with confidence. Excellent firm and service.

Long delays with delivery. Advise people to check Best before dates as everything is short dated. Please also read the rather aggressive response from customer services below on other reviews, I was also unimpressed with their email responses when enquiring where my delivery was.
Was also told they expect customers to wait three weeks before considering any replacement or refunds. I'm expecting a rude reply to this review lol 😆

UPDATE: In response to your reply HappyCandy, yes good discount on sale items and short dates expected but not all my items were sale items, longest BBF date is Aug 24.

Had Jolly Ranchers mixed from Happy Candy a couple of times now, we all love these so get a 1kg the mixed were of reasonable sizes of the different flavours, sometimes you get more of one than the other but they were fairly balanced. I sort into flavours and then fill a jar evenly for all family to share. Great price and quick delivery, will be ordering again. Many thanks.
