Amazing property - beautifully presented with everything we needed for a special stay with the extended family. The host and her team greeted us on arrival, checked in with us during the stay (without being obtrusive) and spoke to us again prior to departure to ensure everything was OK. 100% RECOMMENDED!!!

Nice place. A nice warm welcome from the owner when I arrived. We stayed in only one of the lodgings of course, and found it was converted beautifully from an old farm building. Designs and finishes to a high standard, eg granite kitchen surface. Some small niggles, all too minor to bother describing; but one slightly more serious issue was sorted quickly and happily despite it being 6pm on a Friday. We found everything that was necessary, with nothing superfluous (though thanks for the tea, coffee and biscuits) - I was going to leave a thank you note, but couldn't find any paper!

An Italian feel in the heart of Devon, what an excellent find! We had the most wonderful stay at Stonehayes Farm. The accommodation was first class, comfortable, spacious and spotless. The views were outstanding and the facilities excellent. There were 30 of us and we took over the whole site which worked so well for our big gathering. Looking forward to a return visit! The host was, helpful, accommodating and friendly. What more could we ask for!!

Very spacious accommodation for 6 of us in 'Dippers Rest', lots of outside space as well. Very comfortable modern interiors in characterful old buildings. Our second stay and can't wait to book again. Very helpful and welcoming host.

A beautiful large farmhouse for family gatherings. We had the most relaxing wonderful time, relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying meals all together around the huge table, walking in the countryside and visiting the local beaches and coast. The house is beautiful and well stocked for everything you need. A very friendly family run business with fantastic communication throughout, before and after stay. We will def be back!

We were part of a big family get- together taking over all facilities on the site. In a word it was brilliant. The host could not have been more welcoming; our cottage was very well presented 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms plus downstairs loo; open plan kitchen living space was Comfortable and generous in size.

This is a great holiday place in a lovely location with warm and welcoming owner and team.

We have had a wonderful long weekend break staying in Dippers Rest. What fantastic views in glorious countryside. So peaceful and restful. The accommodation was fantastic and property so well equipped. Everything spotless and the warmest of welcomes. Having a home made cake on arrival with tea and coffee supplied was a real treat. The log burner was a delight to use with plenty of wood supplied. Thank you so very much.

We stayed as a family over the past weekend in Pipinsands. We had the most wonderful weekend in the large farm cottage that had plenty of bedrooms including a sort of flat on the ground floor with the rest of the ground floor having a massive kitchen, large lounge with log burner and large TV and separate TV room. Outside there were miles of walks and open grounds and we also had a large hot tub which the kids spent most of the time in. It also has a communal games room with table, tennis, pool and bar football as well as other games. The place was spotless with lovely attention to detail touches and the owner Phillipa was always on hand and a wealth of local knowledge and well as being so pleasant and friendly. Thank you so much Stonehayes we recommend this property to anyone who maybe looking to visit the area in future and thank you for a memorable weekend.
