Really helpful especially during lock down. Staff always happy to help and load your car. We buy mix of products from bedding to animal feeds here for our smallholding. If they don't have it they happy to order it in for you.

Brilliant shop with everything you need (and more🙈) and super friendly staff. Popped in with my pups and they got a big welcome from the girls there. Very helpful with fitting a new harness for my wiggly frenchie 😊

It's such a great store and so convenient just in helston, places to park easily and my dog loves to visit. .but ..it's such a shame that one of the staff members is so rude grumpy and unhelpful when you ask for advice .the other day I said 'Hi ' no reply , could I have a bag please , he just grabbed one put the stuff in , no eye contact , no anything ..I said bye ,thanks , again he said nothing ..it's putting me off coming again. All other staff are fab , friendly , make a fuss of the dog etc ,it's a real shame ..
