I've been with Pilgrim for several years now and have always received impeccable service at fair prices. The drivers are all lovely and my rep Sam has gone above and beyond on several occasions to support the running of my business. Very highly recommend

Terrible company,
I had 5 orders in total with them
For delivery,
5 times i had orders missing on delivery the driver would tell me that we don’t have that in stock,
Twice they send me cheese instead mozzarella,
And then i got a call from their office from some very rude and arrogant lady,
And I informed their sales are manager to say i will get this sorted and never heard from him!
Stay away for this company at any cost !!!

Had a bad experience with one of your drivers. Rude and arrogant doesn't even come near. He was parked in a bus stop that wasn't a loading bay refused to move and said he didn't care if the 8 people who were waiting for a bus missed it. An awful representative of your company. I will be talking to the transport manager when I can eventually get hold of him.

One of the worst companies!
This is my second time here with one palette, but I lost a lot of time!
The first time I waited 2 hours, and now - 1.5 hours...
When you work with multidrop, time is very important, but they don't care at all!

What else can you say but great customer service, ' great produce, easy folk to talk to on the phone and a great online ordering service.
Must not forget the drivers. All of them have been polite, helpful and always on time.
That is the reason I give the 5 star rating.
