Ellie (and husband Ray!) were professional, personable and helpful throughout the whole process. They made us feel comfortable, heard and cared for from start to finish. Ellie is amazing, her skills are unmatched and her positive attitude made stressful wedding planning that much easier.
We couldn't be more thankful for her insight, creativity and her ability to execute a challenge to such high standards! We loved the cake tasting and upon our first meeting, we knew Ellie was who we had been searching for. She was excited to create our alternative wedding cake for our unconventional, yet special day. She communicated well throughout the entire process - which put our minds at ease. She was clear about what she was offering from start to finish, which really helped.
Our cake (and cupcakes!) were amazing, from looks to taste - we got married about 4 months ago and everyone still talks about them! Ellie and Ray delivered the cake to Hackness Grange seamlessly and our amazing photos display Ellie's talent.

We did a corporate networking cake decorating event last night. We all had such a good time. Ellie coached us in how to pipe our Easter cakes - such fun and they look great too. We also had a little buffet afterwards which was amazing. The photos are of our cake efforts - Ellie’s was perfect!

Fantastic corporate event for 8 business women. The event was to ice an Easter cake. The cakes and equipment had been prepared in advance and Ellie made us feel really welcome at EMHQ.

Ellie made my daughters wedding cake for her wedding last weekend. The three different type of cakes went down extremely well especially the biscotti cake yummy. Ellie and her husband are extremely efficient and friendly. Thank you so much the cake and biscuit favours were amazing😊
