The products (knives) we purchased are fantastic. However, it was the level of service that was even better!
We needed the knives fairly urgently. To get them delivered via a courier would mean we wouldn't get them in time. So, instead I called the shop to arrange collecting them. I spoke with Greg and he informed me that the shop was closing, but asked where I lived. He then suggested he could meet me somewhere nearby to drop them off. He even threw a couple of 'goodies' in too.
Great service and products, I will definitely use again.
