I ordered twice in one day, using two different addresses by mistake & sent a message asking for one postage to be refunded & both orders sent to the second address provided.. No problem at all & dealt with straight away. Would definitely buy from them again. My daughter loves her LeMeiux bargains she bought at sale prices for her & her pony.

Delighted with black Ariat barnyard short ( jodphur) boots .
So comfortable and supportive.
My brown ones are used ao much walking the dog , Im keeping the black for general use .With severe Arthritis in both feet, these are the only footwear that enable me to walk.
Otherwise, the usual top class service, as is part of the DNA at Houghton Equestrian.

Had everything my daughter wanted, seems like a wide stock for all your equestrian needs.

We went back for a body protector fitting, the staff were super helpful with the fitting and super nice which always helps.

Popped back in today for boots and a new baselayer, again staff super helpful.

Note: if going for a body protector fitting there is a £20 fee if you don't buy a protector from them after the fitting.

Updated 23/02/23. Popped in with daughter for new base layer. Sale was on, some decent reductions.

Update 27/07/23. Called into pick up a click and collect order. Ended up also buying baselayer, silk, socks and a whip. Super friendly helpful staff.

Hi, I have just received my delivery item in super quick time but on opening the delivery bag I was very dissatisfied with the presentation of the shirt and most disappointed as this was going to be a Christmas present for my granddaughter! As you will see from the pictures I have sent I do not exaggerate the way it has been rammed into the crumpled Schoffel bag which also was not sealed and therefore I can only assume it has been worn!
I would therefore like a replacement or refund including postage.
Therefore I rate this company POOR very POOR!

Went in for a riding helmet measurement as I needed one, unfortunately the staff member couldn’t find a tape measure so she suggested we try on a few sizes to find the right one told her the make I was after and after she went to the back and came out with a few helmets and after a short try on fitting we found the right one, she boxed it up and straight to the till. Would highly recommend the place to my friends your staff are friendly and professional thank you

This is a favourite shop of my wife’s but they should be careful of trip hazards in and around their displays. My wife had a fall there a few days ago after tripping on the edge of a badly placed object. She never likes to make a fuss but she has been left with nasty bruises and probably cracked ribs. She has had a significant amount of pain but again with little complaint. A more litigious person would be looking for compensation. I would urge them to carry out an urgent risk assessment.

What excellent customer service. Thank you! My daughter ordered 2 head collars for her hobby horses but they were actually for the mini ponies. She was devastated when she realised. I gave her the parcel to open and she completely opened the packaging. It says on the website they can only accept good that are completely unopened. I called and explained the situation and was advised to send an email with pictures which I did. They advised today they'd accept the returns! My daughter however, has decided to keep the mini head collars and had bought herself the mini ponies as well as the proper head collars. When she saw what they were for she was desperate for the ponies too. A horse daft child. Thank you again!
