After phoning up twice about their cracked eggs which used to be 99p and are now £1.49 twice in a month there has been an egg missing. no return calls from their customer service. which is a disgrace along with their quality control i have been buying these for years but will no longer be buying them. terrible company

Bought a pack of 2 scotch eggs from Lidl. They were made by Pilgrim's, Ruskington, Lincolnshire. "Tasty egg wrapped in seasoned sausage meat and coated in golden breadcrumbs" Opend the pack, bit into the first one and experienced the second part of Pilgrim's statement, "Tasty egg wrapped in seasoned sausage meat and coated in golden breadcrumbs". However... there was no egg!!!! Tucked into the second scotch egg and thankfully there was the egg!! Must be on an economy drive!!

If you're delivering, don't expect to get off loaded between 10 and 11 in the morning, no staff are available and you'll end up hanging around. Outside of this it's a good place and easy to access.

HGV Advice...... I delivered packaging materials to this site so the procedure maybe slightly different to delivering/collecting food products.

Good signage from the main road so you know which gate you need, a lot of other companies could take advise on this!

The guy in the gate house was polite and helpful and explained exactly where I needed to go. Backed into the bay which is a little tight due to inconveniently placed bollards, report to office and sign in.

The guy who tipped me was chatty and polite and got on with the tip. I was allowed to use the toilet facilities.

Overall and very decent tip, in and out in 35mins!
