We found Nook Home online and met James at a showroom in Halifax to view examples of their seating. We were sold straightaway! It really is a case of the product selling itself, the quality is so good. From date of order to delivery took just under five weeks and that included a five day cooling off period following placing the order which is helpful. Delivery was great. We booked a two man delivery and they assembled our seating for us. This was followed up the next day by a call from James which we appreciated. It’s rare to see this level of customer service these days. We love our nook home seating. Oh and we also love our quality beautiful scented gift. Thanks James. Paula and Albert

From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, and every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. The team at Nook provided me with some bespoke booth seating created for a recent restaurant refurbishment.
