Absolutely brilliant! We moved into a house with a biomass boiler 3 years ago and didn’t know which suppliers to use (so, we’ve tried most).
By FAR the best around. Arrive really quickly, good quality pellets and my favourite thing….The deliveries!!

I order my pellets, a couple of days later they’re next to my pellet shed! (just how customer service should be).

Other companies we’ve used have got the delivery aspect right but not the quality or have got the quality but cannot organise a delivery to save themselves!

Spot on Millhouse! I won’t even bother looking anywhere else again. Millhouse just get it right every time for us. Whoever they use for their deliveries is like a magic fairy 🙂

Cheery, helpful people and great products - always happy to take the time (in hard-to-deliver-to Mill Bank) to make sure logs are safely stacked and tidy before leaving for their next delivery. Looking forward to trying out the new waxlings firelighters.

Good customer service and good value product (briquettes), which give off a lot of heat, burn for a long time and leave very little ash. Only slight issue was with the pallet network around lack of updates on delivery day and 4-5 packs damaged to some extent, which out of c. 100 is not great.

Excellent service ,product & price.
Obviously at this time of year their orders have increased but I was kept informed and my logs were delivered within 5 working days by Adam who was very friendly and helpful.
I suspect that this will be my log supplier going forward.
