We purchased a property which Reeds Rains were selling. We dealt predominantly with Sam who has been amazing.
Initially Reeds Rains were very rigorous in ensuring we were valid buyers, we had to submit numerous documents to make sure we were in a good position, this must be reassuring for a vendor.
Our purchase turned out to be more onerous than envisaged due to issues with the deeds but Sam and the team have been really helpful and professional guiding us through the process and chasing solicitors for both sides.
If I ever sell a house I will be using Reeds Rains as they are very professional and competent and also friendly and there to have the odd moan to.

Professional service at Reeds Rains Hebden Bridge

Some 10 months before we put our house on the market we invited a number of agents to view and value our property. During this process we found Matthew from the Hebden Bridge branch to be the most professional and interested in our house. Throughout the initial visit he was relaxed but very professional asking astute questions and clearly absorbing the detail.

When we did decide to put our house on the market he made the process as seamless as possible and did a great job at guiding us through the current process.

Sally was our designated coordinator through the sale and we were very impressed by the level of proactive communications we had from her, keeping us informed as we looked for a buyer and very good at keeping in touch with our buyer as well as being an excellent conduit for communication with everyone involved.
