I've recently switched to shampoo and conditioner bars and chose friendly. They are sustainably packaged and smell nice, the shampoo leaves my hair squeaky clean. The conditioner, because it contains oils, can sit quite heavy on my hair and feels a bit greasy, especially by the scalp. But I remedy this by only putting it on the hair length as much as possible. I've noticed a significant difference in the amount of hair fall I have, it's gone from huge clumps to just a few strands with each wash.

*Update 5.2.25 -After following advice from Friendly in their response to my review, I diluted the conditioner with water and this really helped to distribute the product more evenly without making my hair feel greasy or heavy. 🙂

Have been buying their soaps for a few years now. They are dispatched in good time. In quality packaging. The soaps are lovely. The fragrance is at a good level, not too overpowering but you know that you have used them. Some can be quite uplifting. They clean and last well. Good for childrens grubby mitts!

I’ve been using Friendly Soap for a while now via an intermediary because I like the fact that they don’t use Palm oil. I only recently discovered that they are based not too far from me and have started using them directly. Received my second direct order today, well played Friendly Soap and a HUGE shout out for the gentleman from “Cargodale” for delivering my order…on a bike, and up the hill.

For the past few years Friendly Soaps (great service & delivery!) have been my soaps of choice. Beautiful soaps to handle, with a luxurious satiny lather. I bought the Rosemary soaps because they contain olive oil, a mix which my husband likes.

Wow! Think I got lucky with my first ever soapy scraps....they're huge 😉 can't wait to try the shampoo as not used this product before. (Went bargain for trial run, but realise it's going to last for ages!!) Love the Aloe Vera soap and the dishwashing soap...Will have to try that as scraps another time when it's available. Fab customer service as always.

Placed an order which unfortunately arrived with the wrong product. Phoned customer service and could not have had better service. Mistake rectified and one happy customer. The soap we have ordered is one of the best nicest smelling soaps we have come across. Highly recommend. Thank you.
